I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Hotel Rivoli in Rome. the rooms were spacious and bright, with a nice view and an upgraded bathroom. the staff were nice and the hotel had a very authentic feel.

I liked staying in this relaxing small hotel. the rooms were good-sized and elegant with a very authentic feel kept by the very attentive staff. A shower and hairdryers were a plus. the location was best possible in a secure area, close to the outlet and the historic center of Rome and bars and restaurants. Stopped by Roxy Bar to get some coffee and treats, it's around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, recommend. Thank you very much for the excellent service you offered me, including shuttle to the airport.

The staff was always friendly, eager to help and in a good mood. We felt very comfortable, would book again at any time. The breakfast was very good and costs only 3 Euro per person. I can only recommend it. Great praise from us

Great value for money, with a large and comfortable bed, clean and cozy bathroom, and friendly and helpful staff. The location was quiet and convenient, with a bus stop just outside the hotel.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety of food options.

Overall it is a beautifully designed and relaxing hotel and we loved the stay, the location was favourable in a nice residential area away from tourist crowds-downside. The customer service is great, they offer shuttle to the airport. Overall clean facilities, there's great parking.

The hotel was well-appointed and located in an elegant building. the service was excellent, including a convenient shuttle to the airport. the property's location was unbeatable, making it easy to find after dinner at a nearby eatery. It was close to the water outlet and situated in one of Rome's quietest and nicest suburbs.

Excellent location 20-25 min from all the major sites in rome bu bus. Station is within a 5 min walk from hotel. Definitely recommend using as a base for exploring rome and vicinity, I loved the large balcony in my room!
